    Role: Executive Producer

    Manitou was created to advance one of Dr. Jane Goodall’s final wishes: an Indigenous-led platform for youth leadership, cultural knowledge, environmental stewardship, and collective impact.

    John is leading the development of the vision, strategy, governance, partnerships, and materials required to bring the initiative to life. He has helped align the Jane Goodall Institute, Tindakan, CU Boulder Native American Affairs, Indigenous leaders, and institutional partners around a focused, investable model.

    Result: A stalled concept evolved into a structured Indigenous-led fellowship with a strong coalition, institutional support, and a clear path toward launch.

    John leads the strategy connecting Emmy & Peabody-Winning Comedian Paul Mecurio’s live performances, podcast, television appearances, and digital content into one coordinated audience-growth platform.

    Role: Former Co-Manager

    John co-managed Grammy-winning artist and producer Alan Parsons, helping lead major releases, live productions, digital initiatives, and new project development.

    His work included One Note Symphony: Live in Tel Aviv, The NeverEnding Show: Live in the Netherlands, livestreams, digital strategy, and the development of several large-scale initiatives currently under NDA.

    Role: Artist Manager and Strategic Producer

    John manages JAKDEL, a Berklee-trained guitarist and emerging artist whose music blends indie pop, blues, rock, and soul with expressive guitar-driven performances.

    He leads career strategy, release planning, live development, marketing, partnerships, and the business opportunities surrounding JAKDEL’s growing music career. A former professional racing driver and Michelin 24H Dubai Pro-Am winner, JAKDEL brings the same discipline and intensity to music that defined his motorsports career.

    William Lee Golden and The Goldens

    Role: Former Marketing Strategist and Campaign Producer

    For more than four years, John led marketing strategy across touring, music releases, and digital channels for Grand Ole Opry member and five-time Grammy Award winner William Lee Golden and his family band, The Goldens.

    He developed and executed campaigns, coordinated creative assets and promotional partners, and connected releases, appearances, and touring activity into a consistent audience-growth strategy.

  • National Voter Registration Day Livestream

    Role: One of three originators and Executive Producer

    He assembled the primary production and social media teams, coordinated with major talent and senior collaborators, and helped shape the creative and promotional strategy. When the main broadcast reached capacity, he developed an additional online program to include more artists and expand the event’s reach.

    Result: An ambitious idea became a fully staffed, multi-platform national production in five weeks.

  • Shelterbox + Little Gandhi Academy Screening

    Role: Producer

    John brought ShelterBox and filmmaker Sam Kadi together to produce a private Academy member screening of Little Gandhi, Syria’s first official Oscar submission.

    He developed the event concept, secured Raleigh Studios in Hollywood, assembled the team that created the promotional assets, and coordinated outreach, promotion, and notable guest attendance.

    Result: A high-profile screening that connected an acclaimed film with humanitarian advocacy and introduced it to a targeted Academy audience.

  • Santa Barbara Records

    Role: Co-Founder and Venture Architect

    John co-founded Santa Barbara Records to create a stronger platform for artists across California’s Central Coast and define the emerging CaliAmericana sound.

    He built the executive team, developed the hybrid record label and lifestyle business model, established the core infrastructure, and led outreach to artists, music industry executives, and community partners.

    Result: A regional music concept became a structured venture with a clear identity, leadership team, operating model, and industry network.

  • 2021 Musicology SB Benefit Concert

    Role: Co-Producer

    John co-produced the 2021 Musicology SB Benefit Concert featuring Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness.

    He led production and show management, coordinating the team and execution required to deliver the event.

    Result: The concert raised $50,000 to fund free music lessons for underserved youth through the Santa Barbara Police Activities League.
