Built for the Work Between Vision and Execution

Green Room Strategy is a strategic production studio that helps founders, rights holders, and institutional leaders turn complex entertainment and mission-driven ideas into real ventures.

John Lucchetti, President

John Lucchetti brings more than 20 years of experience across entertainment, music, media, live production, partnerships, artist management, and mission-driven initiatives.

He helps clients see the full opportunity, bring the right people together, and turn creative ambition into a venture that funders, boards, rights holders, and production partners can confidently support.

Creative leaders trust him to protect what makes the idea distinctive. Institutional partners trust him to bring the structure, discipline, and sound decision-making required before significant capital or reputation is committed.
